Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM operations with strict adherence to security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and basic loan applications
- Participate in branch marketing initiatives and community outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulations CC, D, E, Z) preferred
