Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service to build long-term client relationships
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and transaction records
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or cash handling experience preferred
