Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions in core banking systems
- Collaborate with branch staff to achieve sales and service goals
- Assist with vault functions and ATM replenishment as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Proficient with basic math and digital banking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, Reg CC)
