- Process transactions with precision: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments

- Maintain accurate cash balances and daily reconciliation records
- Resolve account inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Support branch initiatives including community outreach events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, EFTA)
