Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and promote banking products
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Open new accounts and assist with loan applications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure branch efficiency
- Adhere to all security protocols and compliance regulations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification preferred
