Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial product recommendations to enhance customer relationships
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM reconciliation while adhering to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Support branch operations through new account assistance and loan application processing
- Conduct daily audits and report discrepancies to the Branch Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
- Strong attention to detail with error-free transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and obtain required banking certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
