Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Resolve account inquiries and promote bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily balancing
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
- Support new customer onboarding and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license (if required for branch duties)
- Pass background check and drug screening
