Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with high accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and explain banking products.
- Cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to strict compliance standards and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; prior banking or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills and proven attention to detail in handling financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bank-specific software (e.g., FIS, Tellerware).
