Responsibilities
- Process Financial Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing for customers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about accounts and services, and provide exceptional service to resolve issues.
- Product Promotion: Identify opportunities to cross-sell our suite of financial products, including credit cards and savings accounts.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily cash drawers to ensure balances match.
- Problem Solving: Assist customers with account errors and provide solutions in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by branch schedules.
