As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships and ensuring our community has access to the financial tools they need.
Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their overall banking experience.
- Balance cash drawers accurately at the end of each shift and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services, such as CDs and loans, to meet customer needs.
- Maintain strict compliance with all banking regulations, security protocols, and operational procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to work with large sums of money.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
