Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank customers, answering inquiries about accounts and products
- Cross-sell bank services and financial products to meet customer needs
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain precise transaction records
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the branch manager
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
- Pass background check and credit check
