Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly, and efficient service.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and form completion.
- Maintain strict adherence to all bank security and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in finance or business is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with high accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
