Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Open and close new savings and checking accounts with accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual customer needs.
- Balance cash drawers daily and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
