Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Actively promote digital banking solutions to enhance customer convenience
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve monthly sales and service targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience in a financial setting
- Proven ability to manage cash transactions and maintain balanced records
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
