Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service to diverse clientele while resolving inquiries
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to all security protocols and banking regulations
- Assist with ATM operations and night deposits
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and banking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with banking regulations (FDIC, BSA) a plus
