Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, efficient service to meet their financial needs.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our products and services to existing clients.
- Ensure the security of cash and non-cash assets by adhering to strict bank policies and compliance regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and daily reports.
- Assist in maintaining the branch's appearance and organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking or cash-handling experience is a plus.
- Strong math skills and the ability to handle large sums of money with absolute accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
