Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor vault cash and balance daily terminal reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in opening new accounts and maintaining customer files.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Candidate must pass a background check and credit check.
