Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while ensuring strict compliance with bank regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to every client, answering inquiries and resolving account issues with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Cash Management: Reconcile cash drawers daily, ensuring all transactions balance perfectly and maintaining audit standards.
- Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products to help them grow their wealth.
- Operational Support: Assist in opening new accounts and maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; previous banking or retail experience is a plus.
- Math Skills: Strong proficiency in arithmetic and financial calculations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Reliability: Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
