Responsibilities
- Process daily cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues with a friendly demeanor.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with selecting appropriate financial products and services.
- Adhere to all bank security policies, regulatory compliance standards, and Know Your Customer (KYC) rules.
- Collaborate with branch management to achieve daily sales and service goals.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to help customers maximize their banking experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
