Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our banking products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all bank security and compliance policies.
- Assist in opening new accounts and completing required KYC documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
