Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Operate provided banking equipment (cash drawers, terminals, etc.)
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Adhere to security protocols and compliance standards
- Assist with branch operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling or customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn banking systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
