Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial transaction processing and data entry.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare basic financial reports and maintain accurate spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain accurate filing systems for financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax documents.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
