Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial records for multiple clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Process payroll and tax filings accurately
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting projects
- Handle accounts payable/receivable operations
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Nevada tax regulations
