Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision using bank-provided equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels
- Operate cash drawers, scanners, and banking software
- Resolve account inquiries and cross-sell bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Balance cash drawers daily using provided tools
- Assist with vault operations and ATM replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years cash handling experience
- Proficiency with banking equipment provided by employer
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
