Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures during night shift hours
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements nightly
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless financial operations
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data entry and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) highly desirable
