- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate bank-provided equipment for cash handling and digital services
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Balance cash drawer and maintain transaction records
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products
- Adhere to all compliance and security protocols
- Support branch operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with cash handling preferred
- Proficiency with bank-provided technology systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- No personal equipment required – all provided by bank
