Responsibilities

- Monitor KPIs and industry trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects as business needs evolve
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience with proven modeling expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage deadlines independently with flexible scheduling
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
