Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Operate bank-issued equipment including cash drawers, scanners, and security systems
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Uphold strict compliance protocols for anti-money laundering and fraud prevention
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with branch management to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with financial regulations (Regulations CC, EFTA, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license (for potential branch travel)
