- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build strong relationships by identifying customer needs and offering personalized solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Actively promote bank products and services to support customer goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and basic computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- FBI background check and banking license required
