Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries regarding accounts and services.
- Cash checks and handle currency transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Open new customer accounts and sell bank products (CDs, IRAs, etc.) to meet branch goals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure all transactions comply with bank security and regulatory policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail or banking (preferred but not always required for entry-level).
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
