- Cash checks, process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with high accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to existing clients.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
