Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Build lasting relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to branch sales goals by cross-selling bank services and products
- Assist with new account openings and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a customer service environment
