Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with accuracy
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in customer service role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (highly desired)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Successful background check and credit history review
