Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and product knowledge
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts) to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions according to bank protocols
- Adhere to strict security procedures and regulatory compliance (BANK SEC, FINRA, AML)
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance/business preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, cash handling, or retail banking
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Federal banking compliance certification (e.g., AML) within 90 days of hire
- Pass background check and credit verification
