- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance to members on accounts, services, and digital tools
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with empathy and solution-oriented approach
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for credit union products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
