Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and cross-selling bank products
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking tools
- Participate in branch marketing campaigns and community outreach events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic banking software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., Reg CC, BSA) preferred
