Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain meticulous transaction records
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Familiarity with financial compliance regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
