Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve account discrepancies and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet cross-selling targets
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers and perform daily reconciliation procedures
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve team performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Exceptional mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex products simply
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Texas Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Pass background check and credit verification requirements
