Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Build genuine relationships through personalized financial consultations and problem-solving
- Safeguard assets by adhering to strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals
- Operate multi-channel banking systems including cash drawers, ATMs, and digital platforms
- Resolve client inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to branch operational excellence through meticulous record-keeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in customer service role
- Proven ability to perform complex transactions with perfect accuracy
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation
- Proficiency in banking software and digital banking platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
