Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with financial product applications
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve cross-selling goals
- Identify opportunities to refer clients to relationship managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
