Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with a wide range of banking transactions.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all bank security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
