Your Impact:
As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients, and your role is central to that mission.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile daily settlements with precision.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, knowledgeable service to meet their financial needs.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and navigating online banking platforms.
- Ensure the branch lobby and teller stations are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in banking, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with bank software and POS systems is highly desirable.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as required by banking regulations.
