Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Open new accounts and assist existing members with product inquiries.
- Maintain accurate daily cash reports and reconcile the teller drawer.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for loans and investment products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all bank policies, security regulations, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
