- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build strong relationships by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate banking solutions
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

- Maintain organized records and documentation for all transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
