Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances and transaction statuses
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security procedures
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night depository operations
- Support branch operations by opening new accounts and processing loan applications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and office technology
