Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build client relationships through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports with 100% accuracy
- Actively identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products
- Contribute to branch success through teamwork and community engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience in retail or financial services
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Federal banking compliance certification (e.g., AIB) a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle high-volume transactions
