Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and building lasting client relationships
- Actively cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) to meet sales targets
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies promptly
- Open new accounts and assist customers with digital banking tools
- Collaborate with branch team to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and FINRA registration
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (FDIC, Reg E, Reg Z)
