Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance to members
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products/services based on member needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Support branch operations and team initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Strong math aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Fraud detection and security awareness
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Ability to work flexible weekends/shifts
