Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Deliver personalized financial consultations to 30+ customers daily
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes with exceptional service standards
- Adhere to all KYC/AML regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch leadership to achieve quarterly service goals
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of all transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to perform complex transactions under time pressure
- Familiarity with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Must pass background check and credit verification
