Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Identify and cross-sell bank products/services to meet customer needs
- Resolve account discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and daily transaction reports
- Support branch operations as needed during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with financial regulations preferred
- BA/BS in Finance/Business a plus
